    USBR-MP Water Management Plan Annual Updates:
    Update! A one year extension has been granted by USBR to allow urban contractors     to use the new reporting system, scheduled to be online in September 2010. Data     for both 2009 and 2010 will due in 2011.
      Due - April 30, 2011
      Delinquent - May 31, 2011
